Improved forward visibility and safe pick-up of loads

The retrofittable camera system for forklifts can be flexibly attached to various positions on the fork carriage and lift mast. The high-resolution camera with integrated infrared light delivers clear images in real time on the 7-inch monitor in the cab, even in dark working environments.
The 115° wide-angle lens significantly expands the forklift driver's field of vision and enables precise pallet pick-up and safe storage and retrieval of goods. Damages are minimized, safety and efficiency in warehouse operations are increased, and accidents are avoided. Thanks to its flexible and simple mounting options, the camera can be individually adapted to different forklift trucks and operational requirements.
Power supply and data transmission are self-sufficient via a battery-powered radio set (ideal for outdoor applications).
In combination with the LUXX RC rear view camera, you can easily upgrade your forklift with state-of-the-art assistance systems and actively contribute to greater safety and efficiency.

Where is the frontend camera mainly used?

Thanks to its flexible mounting options, the LUXX FC camera system can be used in any industry whenever better visibility is required or blind spots need to be reduced.
The LUXX camera can also be a useful addition to existing camera systems, e.g., to provide a view of the goods from above or from the side.

Can the LUXX camera system be combined with other forklift cameras?

It can be easily combined with other CleverForks solutions, especially the LUXX RC rear view camera. When using a split monitor, multiple camera images can be displayed simultaneously, providing the best possible overview.
In addition, an automatic switchover can be set so that, for example, the rear view camera is automatically displayed as soon as the forklift truck is driven in reverse.

How well is the LUXX camera system adapted to operational use?

The camera used offers protection class IP68/IP69K, is resistant to high-pressure cleaning and is optimally tailored to the requirements of operational logistics when used with forklift trucks.
