Camera image and laser: The premium solution for efficient and safe loading

The retrofittable LIZZARD® Premium laser and camera system is attached to the fork carriage of your forklift truck and uses a camera and cross laser to help you aim safely at load carriers. The fork carriage camera transmits the camera image via WiFi to a monitor in the driver's cab. The cross laser projects a vertical and a horizontal line onto the load to ensure that goods are picked up safely. The forklift driver has both fork arms and the cross laser in the field of vision via the monitor. Picking up loads, especially at heights that are difficult to see, becomes much easier, saves time, and reduces damage many times over. At the same time, the ergonomics for the forklift driver are improved.

Power is supplied by a battery with a runtime of approx. 10 hours (at room temperature). When the vehicle is stationary, the battery automatically switches to sleep mode after 120 seconds, but is automatically reactivated when the vehicle moves.

Installation: The laser and camera system can be quickly mounted on the vehicle thanks to its simple attachment to the fork carrier. After hooking it into the fork carriage, the battery is inserted into the designated holder and the laser is adjusted individually. The monitor is attached in the driver's cab.

FAQ LIZZARD® Premium

On which machines can the LIZZARD® Premium be mounted?

The LIZZARD® fits all industrial trucks that have a standard ISO 2A suspension. For detailed information on ISO dimensions, please refer to the attached file (ISO dimensions).
To prevent damage to the LIZZARD®, we do not recommend using it on fork positioners.
When using a load guard, please ensure that there is sufficient space between it and the fork carrier. The required dimensions can be found in the attached file.

In which industries and for which transport goods is LIZZARD® Premium mainly used?

In principle, the combination of laser and camera systems is suitable for all industries. The camera and the target laser visible on the camera monitor are particularly frequently used to assist with load pick-up in warehouse logistics. LIZZARD® Premium is the preferred solution here for areas that are difficult to see and high-value goods.
