Order processing
After placing your order, you will receive an email with a link to the order you have placed.
If you have created a customer account, you can also view your orders there at any time.

If the product you receive does not meet your expectations, please contact shop@cleverforks.com and we will coordinate the necessary steps with you.

Shipping and packaging
All CleverForks products are delivered free of charge .
Most CleverForks products are shipped in appropriate shipping boxes including all accessories and operating instructions. Only fork extensions are delivered on pallets for easier handling.
Standard delivery at CleverForks is via parcel service. Palletized goods (fork extensions) are delivered by freight carrier.
After shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link.
