The practical solution for flexible use

Fork extensions offer an ideal way to occasionally handle loads that are longer than the built-in forks allow. Their sturdy design and individual adaptation to the cross-sections of the existing forks ensure safety and user-friendliness.

A specially designed tip makes it easier to insert the forks into the load carriers. Installation is simple: the extensions are pushed over the existing forks and secured with a bolt behind the fork back.

All fork extensions are manufactured in accordance with ISO 13284.

Closed forks extensions enable selective load distribution and secure support on the forks.

However, fork extensions are practical when larger or multiple goods need to be moved occasionally. Especially in goods receiving, they enable quick and cost-effective adaptation to the delivery of bulky and oversized goods.

What are the advantages of fork extensions compared to longer forks or telescopic forks?

The decisive factor in choosing the right fork extension is the length of the goods to be transported and the frequency of deviating dimensions.
A fork extension offers the possibility of extending the fork blade occasionally without impairing the handling of the industrial trucks in normal operation.

At least 60% of the fork extension must be supported by the existing forks
The load capacity and load center distance of the forklift and forks must be observed
The load capacity of the fork extension must be adapted to the respective forks
