Flexible extension of the existing fork blade length

Fork extensions are ideal for the occasional transport of goods that are longer than the available forks of the forklift. With their solid construction and adaptation to the different cross-sections of the forks, they guarantee safe and easy working.

The specially shaped tip allows smooth insertion into the load carriers. Attachment is straightforward and is done by sliding them over the existing forks, secured by a locking mechanism behind the back of the fork.

These extensions comply with the ISO 13284 standard.

Closed versions are perfect for precise load distribution and always ensure even and stable support on the forks.

When should fork extensions be used?

The existing forks on the forklift are often sufficient for transporting standardized goods. However, as soon as larger or multiple load carriers are transported, a fork extension is worthwhile. In goods receiving, this allows you to respond flexibly and efficiently to bulky or large deliveries.

When does it make sense to use fork extensions instead of investing in longer forks or telescopic forks?

The length of the load to be transported and the frequency of deviating sizes are decisive factors in choosing the right fork extension.
Using fork extensions offers the advantage of extending the fork blade temporarily while maintaining the flexibility of the industrial truck in everyday operation.
