High slip resistance during goods transport thanks to magnetic fork covers

The GEKKO anti-slip layer is placed on the forklift forks. Thanks to integrated magnets on the underside, the cover adheres securely and firmly to the forks. This increases safety and slip resistance during the transport of goods and protects sensitive cargo. Additionally, vibrations are reduced, which minimizes damage such as breakage of the cargo.

The magnetic anti-slip layer also works in outdoor areas and wet environments.

The cover can be easily installed and removed in just a few seconds. When not in use, the GEKKO anti-slip layer can be easily attached to the lifting mast. Alternatively, it can be magnetically attached to the forklift chassis to serve as a crash barrier.

The GEKKO fork cover provides increased occupational safety and accident prevention and contributes to a significant reduction in noise thanks to vibration reduction.

The anti-slip layer is available in various lengths and can therefore also be placed over the fork heel and up into the back of the fork.

What should be considered when using the GEKKO anti-slip layers?

The GEKKO magnetic fork cover with magnetic attachment is only suitable for temporary use.
The anti-slip layer can be used flexibly on the fork blade and fork back.

On which machines can GEKKO be used?

The magnetic attachment allows flexible mounting on a wide range of industrial trucks, as well as on pallet stackers and drawbar units.

In which industries and for which goods is the GEKKO magnetic fork cover used?

GEKKO is useful wherever sensitive goods are occasionally transported (e.g., white/brown goods, logistics, chemicals, glass, ceramics industry). It protects the surface during transport without load carriers (e.g., stainless steel products, painted products).
Indoors and outdoors (even in wet conditions), the goods are protected from slipping. This is particularly recommended when using IBCs, plastic pallets, or mesh boxes.
When used in residential areas or in noise-sensitive areas, noise reduction is an argument in favor of using an anti-slip layer.

Instructions for assembly, safety and use

Please note:

Choose the length of the GEKKO so that it is either 50 mm shorter or 150 mm longer than the usable length of the fork
Do not shorten the GEKKO, but continue the protruding length into the fork back
Suitable for temporary use only
Not oil-resistant
