The profile rails form the basis for a durable and precise fork carrier. They are made of high-quality S355J2+AR steel and comply with the requirements of DIN ISO 2328. The precisely milled profiles, including grooves, allow for exact positioning of the forks and create the prerequisite for reliable functioning of the entire fork carriage. They are ideal for repairing pallet forks of various industrial trucks, construction machinery, and tractors.

An integrated loss protection prevents unintentional falling out of the forks, thus contributing to safe machine operation. The profile rails are supplied unpainted and offer individual further processing or installation in new and existing fork carriages.

The profile rails are supplied as a set, consisting of an upper and lower rail, and are available in the following ISO 2 versions:

Are the profile rails already machined?

Yes. All profile rails are precisely milled and supplied with the necessary grooves. This enables a precise fit for mounting on the pallet fork. However, the rails are unpainted and can be further processed individually.

What is the loss prevention device?

The integrated loss prevention device prevents forks from unintentionally detaching or falling out of the fork carriage. This contributes to the safe operation of the industrial truck.

Can the profile rails be welded?

Yes. The profile rails are made of weldable quality steel and are intended for the construction or repair of fork carriers. However, welding work should only be carried out in accordance with the applicable welding regulations and by qualified specialist personnel.
